A FAMILY STORY BEHIND A TRADITION
By transferring life and projects to Kastelir (Castelliere), the family wanted to rediscover and make our guests discover, every day, the pleasure of direct contact with nature and animals, enjoy spending time observing the alternation of the seasons in the vineyards and all this could be fully experienced only with a choice that mainly envisaged a great respect for the environment.

It was precisely the idea that among those rows, their children in primis, playing carefree, could breathe and touch chemicals, which triggered the desire to experiment with organic farming, immediately changing the address of the company and starting a more conscious cultivation.
A choice that certainly led to an increase in seasonal work, but which after years has given satisfactions, starting with the presence of some species of sensitive butterflies and birds that inhabit the garden, to the good results in the production of beer, olive oil and other quality products.
At the time, our grandparents were children and played all day outdoors in the vineyard and in the garden.
